Labels and brands

Labels and brands are real benchmarks of trust: they enhance the value of your services, boost your visibility and support your development. Find out which ones can support and structure your business.

What is a label?

A label is “a mark created by a professional organisation and affixed to a product intended for sale, to certify its origin and manufacturing conditions”. The label is therefore a guarantee of quality that reassures the customer in terms of environmental, comfort and equipment requirements, in compliance with the quality charter specific to each label.

For homeowners, joining a label means :

  • technical support in implementing their project,
  • keep abreast of new regulations and trends, so that you can adapt your product accordingly,
  • benefit from the reputation of a network and its communication, promotion and marketing tools,
  • under certain conditions: qualify for financial aid.

FAQ
  • What is the purpose of a tourism label for my establishment?

A label strengthens visitor confidence by guaranteeing the quality of your services (comfort, welcome, facilities, environment). It raises the profile of your establishment, improves your visibility and can facilitate access to certain financial aid schemes.

  • How do I choose the label best suited to my business?

Each label has a specific positioning (heritage accommodation, environmental commitment, family accommodation, sustainable tourism, etc.). The choice depends on your identity, your clientele and your objectives. We can guide you towards the most appropriate label for your offer.

  • Is a label required to be listed or to become a partner?

No, the partnership does not impose any label. However, being labelled can enhance your attractiveness, improve your referencing and make it easier for you to be featured in our media.

  • Can I have more than one label?

Yes, if your establishment meets the criteria for all of them. Some labels are complementary (e.g. welcome + environmental commitment + heritage approach).
