With Julie Reux, freelance journalist, founder of the Vinofutur media and author of the book "Les nouveaux vignerons bretons" (2024) and Guy Saindrenan, historian and author of the book "Le renouveau du vin et de la vigne en Bretagne" (2022). Since 2016, the planting of vines for commercial purposes has been authorised in the four departments of administrative Brittany. Thanks to climate change, around fifty professional wine-growing projects have been set up in Brittany in less than 10 years, marking the emergence of a new vineyard. Julie Reux travelled the length and breadth of the region to meet these newcomers to the wine industry, accompanied by photographer Antonin Bonnet.
