Description

During this workshop, Solène Gaboriau will give you the keys to adopting a healthier and more sustainable diet, with complete peace of mind.
During this workshop, she will teach you how to :
- Understand the impact of the environment on your health: air, water, soil, chemicals, etc. - Understand the food chain, from production to consumption. - Identify the sources of pollutants in our everyday food (packaging, utensils, processed foods, etc.).
- Discover accessible and economical alternatives to reduce exposure. - Analyse your consumption habits: shopping, cooking, food storage, etc.
The workshop is participatory, with everyone invited to have their say, and lasts around 2.5 hours: sharing and caring are on the agenda!
