In a friendly, sensory atmosphere, come and enjoy the unique experience of à la carte blending, by creating your own signature cuvée from our wines.
Whether you're an initiate or an amateur, you'll enjoy a fun and sensory immersion in the art of wine, accompanied by our passionate team.
On the programme:
Introduction to blending: understanding grape varieties, aromas and balance.
Tasting of our vintages to be used in your blending.
Blending workshop: experiment, adjust, create
Baptism of your creation (yes, you'll give it a name!).
A time for sharing over gourmet platters. You'll leave with your own creation and a free bottle of wine from the estate.
