BRUT is a restaurant for lunch, a wine bar for dinner, a rotisserie to take away every day, as well as a well-selected wine cellar and a delicatessen. We work with all our home-grown produce, according to the seasons and with our local producers. A wide range of take-away options. The wine selection is mainly based on our vineyards, full of nuggets but not only... At BRUT, local products are the order of the day. Everything here is home-made with seasonal produce. We work with local producers and winemakers.
