With a surface area of 60 m², it has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, as well as a 100 m² enclosed garden with uninterrupted views. Nearby, you'll find a number of must-see tourist attractions: The Boissière du Doré Zoo is just 2.5 km away, Clisson, with its magnificent château and the banks of the River Sèvre, is 27 minutes away, as is HELLFEST, which is open all year round. Nantes and its emblematic sites such as the Machines de l'île, 30 minutes away, the picturesque district of Trentemoult, Champtoceaux and its superb panorama over the Loire 10 minutes away.
