You will discover extraordinary and unusual landscapes and taste the single varietal white wine that the world envies us, the Muscadet.

Every year new activities are organised to discover the sites and stages with means of transport on foot, by bike, by train…

THE MAJOR STEPS 

    • La Maison du Tourisme ( Vertou )
      The Maison du Tourisme de Vertou, at the gateway to the Nantes vineyard, welcomes you all year round to advise you and prepare your stay.
    • The Chaussée des moines (vertou)
      Pretty walk along the Sèvre, very close to Nantes. By continuing the course of the edges of Sèvre on foot or by bike,follow the arrow to the next step the site of La Frémoire
    • La Frémoire chateau (vertou)
      The Château de la Frémoire is a 19th century “Folie nantaise” with its English-style park.
      The château was acquired in the 1980s by the wine industry, which now houses its professional premises. Work will be carried out on the château this summer 2023 to transform it into a place to discover the AOC wines of Nantes.

  • Le Château du Coing (Saint-Fiacre)
    Historic winery, at the confluence of Sèvre and Maine, with typical architecture
  • The Port (La Haye Fouassière)
    Testimony of the ports installed along the Sèvre Nantes, it is nestled in a superb setting after a meander of the river.
  • Le Musée du Vignoble nantais
    Let yourself be surprised: bright, intelligent, colourful, open on the vines. 500 items recount the history and current events of the vineyard, to visit without moderation !
  • Le Liveau papermill (Gorges)
    Old restored mill on the edge of Sèvre in which you can participate in a paper workshop !
  • Clisson
    The jewel of the Vineyard of Nantes, ideal Italian landscape recomposed by an artist for the artists with as central element the ruin of a superb Breton medieval castle
  • La Garenne Lemot property (Gétigné)
    An extraordinary place, dream of an artist, romantic garden between Antiquity and Italian landscape. Two superb models of Italian architecture set the tone. Change of scenery gauranteed.
  • THE BIG COLUMN – Johan Creten Famous for his allegorical sculptures in ceramic and bronze, Johan Creten continues to depict a world full of poetry, lyricism and mystery. This majestic five-metre-high sculpture will be seen for the first time where it will echo the follies and landscape of the Garenne Lemot park (from June 2023).
  • La Roche hill (Le Loroux-Bottereau)
    From the top of its 47 meters, in the heart of the vineyard superb panorama on the marshes of Goulaine and Nantes.
  • Goulaine castle (Haute-Goulaine)
    Very close to Nantes, the superb Renaissance castle unveils its treasures.
