The name Sautejeau undoubtedly evokes a break in the slope, directly linked to the steep relief of the hillside overlooking the Sèvre. Long unsuitable for intensive farming, this slope has retained its natural character, alternating between woodland and meadows.
From this vantage point, take in the breathtaking panorama of the Sèvre Nantaise valley.
