Picnic area at the port of Millau on the edge of the Marais de Goulaine

The Goulaine marshes are a classified wetland, part of the European Natura 2000 network, extending over several communes around Le Landreau. They are a natural environment of ecological importance (flood zones, diverse flora and fauna) and a typical landscape combining water, vines and meadows. At the Port du Millau, a picnic area has been set up on the edge of the marsh to enjoy the tranquillity of the landscape, with its canals, reed beds and vineyard slopes.
