In 2001, in the commune of La Chapelle Basse Mer, on the banks of the Loire, Antoine Bouyer began making his own craft beers: the Trompe Souris, a rather light beer, and the Vieille Tour, in the style of Abbey beers. In a barn converted into a brewery, the owner will reveal all the secrets of their production, including the raw materials used and a demonstration of the production process. For tastings, you'll be welcomed in a restored old cellar on Monday evenings, Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
