Close to Nantes, the gite is ideally situated in the heart of the Muscadet vineyards and the Marais de Goulaine nature reserve. A panoramic view takes in a vast landscape.

Sleeps 6 to 8 people: 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a family room for 4 people and two bedrooms for 2 people. Cot available.

Terrace with barbecue and garden for enjoying the sun and the impressive views (not enclosed).
Outdoor bicycle shed. Several private parking spaces.
Plus: Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Optional bathroom linen (+ €5/person).

The gite is situated in the countryside in a very quiet hamlet accessible by a dead-end road. From the house, you can go for lovely walks or cycle rides.
Le Loroux Bottereau is 4 km away and Haute Goulaine 6 km.
Less than 10 minutes away: The Goulaine marshes, the Château de Goulaine and the banks of the Loire.
Less than 30 minutes away: Nantes and its attractions, Clisson, a historic town with its medieval castle, the Hellfest site, Domaine de la Garenne Lemot, Zoo de la Boissière du Doré.
45 minutes away: The Puy du Fou theme park and cinema, the Oriental park at Maulévrier, Tiffauges and its Bluebeard castle, the Atlantic coast.

Two price periods: "summer" from April to October and "winter" from November to March with heating included.
Cleaning is your responsibility. Housekeeping package available on request and payment on site (€80).
Minimum stay 2 nights / minimum stay 4 nights from mid-July to mid-August.
Pets accepted (on request). No smoking.
