11:00 - Well-earned gourmet break
12:30 - Country-style lunch prepared by our partner "Le temps d'une fouée", accompanied by wines from the estate
14:00 / 14:30 - Visit the winery: discover the secrets of pressing, taste the first juices, then return to the cellar for a tasting of our vintages.
