Lucile invites you behind the stoves of the pretty Olio e Burro restaurant to cook a full Italian meal in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
During this three-hour workshop, you will prepare several typical Italian recipes in small groups. Each group will prepare a different recipe from an assortment of dishes such as gnocchi, arancini or polpettes, the famous Italian meatballs. |
Lucile will guide you through the preparation: choice of ingredients, cutting techniques, cooking tips, balance of seasonings... The aim: to create dishes that are both tasty and beautiful to look at. You'll also have the chance to go behind the scenes of a professional kitchen.
Once the dishes are ready, everyone will sit down to eat. You'll taste some of your creations on the spot, and everyone will go home with a portion to take home with them!
Note: The workshops are 100% gluten-free, organic, mainly vegetarian, and can be adapted to other diets on request. |
