Located in the commune of La Remaudière, in the Vignoble Nantais region, our cheese dairy opened its doors in May 2022! We transform the organic milk from our cows into cheese, butter, cream and fromage blanc. Come and taste our farmhouse products and get to know us!

It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce the creation of our cheese dairy under the name of "Tommes & Compagnie".
This company is the result of the processing of our organic milk, produced by the GAEC Sainte Catherine located in the commune of La Remaudière in the Nantes vineyards.
We are a team of 3 partners: Laurène, Mickaël and Vincent, supported by 2 employees: Clémentine and Sullivan.
Our project is the fruit of a long process of reflection and a strong desire to respond to today's challenges.
