At the helm of the restaurant, chefs Thibaut and Robin offer 100% home cooking, inspired by the Nantes region and the flavours of the coast. As for the glassware, the selection features AOC Vins de Nantes wines (Muscadet, Crus Communaux, Gros Plant...), to be discovered through a committed and regularly renewed menu.
