The Brasserie de la Divatte welcomes you to the restored cellar of Antoine's grandfather. You can sample no fewer than 7 draught beers and a dozen bottled beers, including some limited edition brews.
The brewery's range comprises several brands: Trompe Souris, Duck and Grue Jaune.
The Trompe Souris range includes mainly light beers at around 5% vol (Blonde, Blanche, Rousse, Fruitée, Session IPA, Belgian Pale Ale) and three stronger beers (IPA 7% vol, Triple and Brune 8% vol).
The Grue range consists of three beers brewed with more aromatic hops and West Coast (American) yeast. There's a blonde, a white and a brown, all at 5%vol.
The Duck range differs from other beers in that it uses Belgian-style yeast, which leaves a little residual sugar at the end of fermentation. The result is softer, less bitter beers.
