Description
The Brasserie de la Divatte invites you to step inside the old cellar that once belonged to Antoine’s grandfather. Discover a selection of seven draught beers and a dozen bottled beers, including some limited-edition brews. Tours are available by appointment on Saturdays at 3.00 pm.
The brewery’s range comprises several brands: Trompe Souris, Duck and Grue Jaune.
The Trompe Souris range mainly features light beers at around 5% ABV (Blonde, Blanche, Rousse, Fruitée, Session IPA, Belgian Pale Ale). There are also three stronger beers (IPA 7% ABV, Triple and Brune 8% ABV).
The Grue range consists of three beers brewed with more aromatic hops and West Coast (American) yeast. It includes a blonde, a white and a brown, all three at 5% ABV.
The Duck range differs from the other beers in its use of a Belgian-style yeast, which leaves a little residual sugar at the end of fermentation. This results in sweeter, less bitter beers.
