The team at the Vignoble Nantais Tourist Office is delighted to have been awarded the trophy for accessible tourism 2023, in the “Tourist Offices” category, by theAssociation Tourisme & Handicaps.
We are honoured that this trophy has been awarded in recognition of our actions. These enable us to provide an adapted, friendly welcome that allows maximum independence:

• A reception adapted for everyone’s comfort. With spacious areas, adapted furniture, hearing loops and a Braille map of Clisson.
• The creation of an accessibility guide listing labelled and accessible services by theme throughout the Nantes vineyards.
• The creation of a destination guide in FALC (easy to read and understand)
• The production of 3 videos with commentary by Tourist Office guides. Subtitled, they cover the key themes of our destination: the town of Clisson, the Loire and the vineyards.
