These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (or “GTCS”) apply to counter sales at the Clisson reception office, place du Minage 44190 CLISSON, and to online sales (see specific general terms and conditions).
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale come into force on 5 December 2023, the date of the new registration in the register of travel and holiday operators. They cancel and replace all previous versions.
SPL CLISSON SEVRE LOIRE TOURISME reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on its website. In the event of modification of the GTC, the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
The invalidity of a clause in these GTC shall not invalidate the entire GTC. The temporary or permanent non-application of one or more clauses of the GTCS by the seller shall not constitute a waiver of the other clauses of the GTCS, which shall continue to have effect.

All shop and ticket services are sold in cash at the CLISSON reception desk.
For shop products: no item will be refunded or exchanged.
For tickets: each ticket is valid only for the date indicated on it and for a single use. No ticket for which payment has been received will be exchanged for another date or refunded, except and solely in the event of cancellation of the service by the Tourist Office due to exceptional circumstances.

Shop products and tickets can only be paid for in euros, in cash or by credit card at the CLISSON ticket office.

The purchaser acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of online sale prior to validating his/her order. Any validation of the order implies acceptance of the general conditions without exception. Consequently, the purchaser declares and acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of them and therefore waives the right to invoke any other document.

SPL CLISSON SEVRE LOIRE TOURISME reserves the right to adapt or modify these specific online sales conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the conditions of sale in force on the day the order was placed will be applied to each order.

3.1 Ticketing entitlements

The tickets available on https://www.destination-vignoble-nantais.com/ and all the portal sites that broadcast the Tourist Office’s e-resa open ticket feed (see list above) are valid on an individual basis:

• either for guided tours for individuals of the essentials of CLISSON and all other guided tours and events for individuals offered throughout the area by the Tourist Office,
• or for visits included in the annual programme of the heritage department of the Pays d’art et Histoire du Vignoble Nantais.

3.2 Period of validity of admission tickets issued

Each ticket is valid only for the date indicated on it, for a single use.
No ticket for which payment has been received may be exchanged for another date or refunded, except and solely in the event of cancellation of the service by the Tourist Office due to exceptional circumstances.

Reduced-rate tickets for the tours mentioned in article 3.1 are available for sale on the Office de tourisme du Vignoble Nantais sales website and on the portal sites that distribute the Office de tourisme’s e-resa open ticket feeds, which require the presentation of proof of identity valid on the day of the tour. The conditions of access to the reduced rate are indicated on the site. The choice of fare is the responsibility of the purchaser; this choice is firm and definitive once the order has been paid for. Any purchaser who books a full-price ticket when they could have benefited from a reduced-price ticket will not be reimbursed for the difference.
The total price when the order is validated is the definitive price.
Ticket prices and the total price of the order are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
SPL CLISSON SEVRE LOIRE TOURISME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, following a decision by the Board of Directors.

How to buy a ticket online :

1. On the https://www.destination-vignoble-nantais.com/ website and those of the portal sites broadcasting the Tourist Office’s e resa open ticket feeds, select “book” and you will be directed to a purchase tunnel.
2. Select the date of your visit using the calendar displayed on the site. Each date you click on shows you the availability by date. When the slot is no longer available, it is displayed as fully booked. It is the visitor’s responsibility to check the tour departure times beforehand.
3. Choose the number of tickets you require by price from the drop-down menu, then click on “Add to basket”. The number of full-price tickets purchased may not exceed half the capacity. If the number of tickets purchased exceeds half the capacity, the purchaser should book another group visit service directly with the dedicated service by email, telephone or via this online form.
4. Confirm your order by clicking on “place my order”. An order summary will be displayed before the purchase is confirmed, with a request to enter your contact details. If the order is not suitable, you can delete it and continue shopping.
5. Accept the general terms and conditions of sale by ticking “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions” and click on “Proceed to payment”.
6. The Oneshotpay payment platform indicates the order number, the total to be paid and the name of the beneficiary. To settle the payment, you will be asked for
   • The surname and first name of the “cardholder
   • Card number
   • Expiry date
   • The “card verification code” (cryptogram behind the card)

     Once you have entered all the information, click on “Yes, I confirm my payment”. This online payment is completely secure. If the payment is validated, the order confirmation will be displayed. Tickets are sent by email to the address entered by the purchaser in their customer account. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the details provided when ordering are correct.

7. Once you have received the confirmation email, you can print the tickets from your customer account. Tickets will be checked at the start of the visit. Only tickets printed with perfectly legible information will be accepted.

6.1 Terms of payment

Payment for tickets by the purchaser shall be made exclusively in euros and by bank card. The following cards are accepted: CARTE BLEUE, VISA and MASTERCARD.

6.2 Payment transaction

The buyer’s bank account is debited for the amount of the order as soon as the transaction is accepted by the payment centre.

6.3 Payment security

SPL CLISSON SEVRE LOIRE TOURISME offers fully secure online payment: the www.oneshotpay.com website is equipped with a “3D Secure” online payment system that encrypts the buyer’s bank card number.

The recipients of this data are exclusively the departments of SPL CLISSON SEVRE LOIRE TOURISME.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of 27 April 2016 applicable on 25 May 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete, port and limit the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, you must go to the site’s privacy policy page and fill in the dedicated online form.

To facilitate your browsing on the https://www.destination-vignoble-nantais.com/ website, the Vignoble Nantais Tourist Office uses “cookies”. Cookies are used to record information relating to the browsing habits of users and also to identify them. In the event of a dispute, failing amicable settlement, the Nantes Administrative Court shall have jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
