Description
On the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise, in the small village of Gaumier, stands France's only working fulling mill.
A testament to the river's hydraulic power, this mill invites us to discover one of the local specialities: wool production. Complete with information panels and signposts, the mill now tells its own story, recounting the days when its rams set the pace of daily life.
