Located south of Nantes, at the gateway to historic Brittany in Clisson, La Pâtisserie, Chocolaterie, Glacerie La Blanche Hermine offers you local and traditional products, made on the spot with quality raw materials. The 2 different "Balade Gourmande" filled tablets, which you can give as a present (or treat yourself to), have become a must-have among other delicacies, and are inspired by the region of Brittany, the Vignoble Nantais (soft salted butter caramel, crunchy hazelnuts, dark or milk chocolate) and Clisson "L'Italienne" (crunchy praline with almonds, hazelnuts and fleur de sel, milk or dark chocolate).
