Au Pied de l'Escalier bears its name almost literally. We are located at the foot of the steps of the Collegiate Church of Clisson, just a stone's throw from the river and the medieval streets that give the area its unique character. Jessy has known this house for several years, and Gabriel and Merlin have joined him in this adventure. As the restaurant's chef for the last three years, he has built up his standards, refined his cuisine and developed a deep attachment to this place steeped in history.
