The Fontanel rum distillery is a small-scale, family-run distillery in the heart of the Nantes vineyards. We distil organic molasses from Paraguay in our Charentais still. Fermentation, distillation, bottling and labelling take place in St Fiacre.

Ambroise, Eloi and Jean Marc offer you a range of 3 organic rums. You can find them at our partner wine merchants and at the distillery.
