In the heart of the Nantes vineyards, 3 km from Clisson, the Moulin Neuf is a small village full of charm, with its park on the banks of the Sèvre. Possibility of welcome for family groups, associations, hikers, classes... in our group gîte.

Le Moulin Neuf is a former weavers' village at the heart of the Vignoble Nantais wine-growing area. The 5 gites are in a wonderful, rural setting on the banks of the river Sèvre. Each property has a private patio and there are communal grounds of 2300m². Table tennis, pétanque and fishing on-site. GR.FL: Lounge/diner with kitchen area and sofa bed (80x190) with trundle bed underneath. Bedroom: twin beds (80cm), en-suite shower room/ WC. Separate shower room/WC. Additional facilities: washing machine & tumble drier (extra), barbecue. Extra charges for electric heating, bed linen, towels and household linen.
